Payment & Billing Policy

1. Payment Collection Chain

The payment flow for a Heartistry Stays booking is as follows:

1. Guest initiates payment on the booking page powered by Qord.
2. Payment is processed by EaseBuzz (payment gateway) on behalf of Qord.
3. Qord holds the funds as marketplace operator and remits the applicable amount to Heartistry Stays / Sarthak Shrivastava after deducting agreed platform fees.
4. The guest's bank or card statement may reflect the charge as Qord or EaseBuzz — this is expected and does not indicate a fraudulent transaction.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted via EaseBuzz:

• Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay
• Debit Cards: All major Indian bank debit cards
• UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and all UPI-enabled apps
• Net Banking: All major Indian banks
• Wallets: As supported by EaseBuzz at the time of booking

International cards are accepted subject to EaseBuzz's foreign card processing capability. Additional charges (such as foreign transaction fees) may apply from your bank.

3. When Payment is Charged

Payment is charged in full at the time of booking confirmation, unless a specific advance/partial payment arrangement has been communicated in writing by Heartistry Stays prior to booking. There is no "pay at property" option unless explicitly offered.

Partial payment or advance arrangements, if offered, will specify:

• The advance amount due at booking;
• The balance due date (typically 7 days before check-in);
• Consequences of non-payment of balance (booking cancellation without refund of advance).

4. Pricing and GST

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Short-term rental accommodation is treated as a commercial accommodation service under GST. The applicable rate is determined by the per-night tariff as follows:

GST registration is mandatory where M/S Raghav Enterprises' aggregate turnover from taxable supplies exceeds ₹20 lakh per financial year (₹10 lakh for special category states). A GST-compliant invoice will be provided upon request. To request an invoice, email heatistrystays@gmail.com with your booking reference and GST registration number (if applicable).

5. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required for certain properties, as stated in the property listing. Where applicable:

• The deposit amount will be clearly communicated before booking confirmation;
• The deposit is collected at the time of booking or at check-in (as specified);
• The deposit will be refunded within 5–7 business days of check-out, subject to deductions for damages or policy violations as outlined in the House Rules.

6. Payment Failures

If a payment fails after initiation, no booking is confirmed. Any funds debited from your account in a failed transaction will be automatically reversed by EaseBuzz to your source account within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank's processing times. If a reversal is not received within 10 business days, contact us at heatistrystays@gmail.com with your transaction reference.

7. Currency and Conversion

All transactions are in INR. If you pay using a foreign-currency card, your bank or card network will apply the applicable exchange rate and may charge a foreign transaction fee. Heartistry Stays and Qord are not responsible for such additional charges.
