Heartistry Stays is a short-term rental hospitality brand owned and operated by Sarthak Shrivastava, operating under the registered business entity M/S Raghav Enterprises. The properties are located in Bhopal and Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.

M/S Raghav Enterprises is the ultimate merchant of record — the registered business entity that provides the accommodation service, holds the guest relationship during the stay, is responsible for the quality and safety of the properties, and is liable for all GST and tax obligations arising from bookings.

Qord — Technology Platform & Marketplace Operator

Qord (accessible at qord.in) is an independent property management SaaS platform that provides:

• Booking management technology and guest-facing booking flows;
• Payment collection services — Qord collects guest payments via EaseBuzz on behalf of Heartistry Stays and remits funds to Heartistry Stays;
• Guest communication tools;
• Operational management infrastructure.

Qord is not the property owner, the accommodation provider, or the employer of any Heartistry Stays staff. Qord does not own or manage any of the properties listed on this website. Qord's role is strictly that of a technology intermediary and payment collection agent.

EaseBuzz — Payment Gateway

EaseBuzz is a licensed Indian payment aggregator used by Qord to process guest payments. EaseBuzz operates under applicable RBI guidelines for payment aggregators. EaseBuzz is not a party to the accommodation contract between the Guest and Heartistry Stays.

3. Liability Boundaries

• Heartistry Stays / Sarthak Shrivastava is liable for: the condition and safety of the property, fulfilment of the accommodation service, compliance with local regulations, and guest experience during the stay.
• Qord is liable for: the proper functioning of the booking technology, accurate transmission of booking data, and the collection and remittance of payments. Qord is not liable for the quality, safety, or suitability of any property.
• EaseBuzz is liable for: the secure processing of payment transactions in accordance with PCI-DSS and RBI guidelines. EaseBuzz is not liable for any accommodation-related matters.
• Neither Qord nor EaseBuzz is liable for any obligations of Heartistry Stays or Sarthak Shrivastava, and vice versa, beyond what is explicitly stated in their respective agreements.

4. Why Your Payment May Show a Different Name

Because Qord collects payments on behalf of Heartistry Stays, your bank statement or card statement may show the charge under the name "Qord" or "EaseBuzz" rather than "Heartistry Stays". 5. Regulatory Compliance

This marketplace structure is operated in compliance with:

• Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India) — including e-commerce rules requiring disclosure of marketplace relationships;
• Information Technology Act 2000 and IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules;
• RBI guidelines on payment aggregators and payment gateways;
• Applicable GST regulations for accommodation and platform services.
